  • The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (Updated 2023): The Gold Standard for fire safety in England. It requires all businesses to conduct assessments, implement fire precautions, and ensure safe escape for everyone on-site.

    Health and Safety at Work Act 1974: This is the umbrella law for all workplace safety in the UK. It places a legal duty on you to protect your employees, visitors, and the public. 

  • Fire Alarms (BS 5839): We audit the design and installation of your alarm system against BS 5839 to verify that it meets the specific category required by your risk assessment.

    Emergency Lighting (BS 5266): We assess whether your escape routes would stay visible during power failures, preventing panic and guiding your team to safety.

    Fire Extinguishers (BS 5306): We manage the placement and maintenance of extinguishers and blankets—the right equipment in the right place.

    Electrical Safety (PAT Testing): Following the Wiring Regulations (5th Edition), we test your portable equipment to eliminate the leading cause of workplace fires.
